Listing Submission

• Our site is a large established website, and has been around since 2002. We only accept quality sites that are BC real estate related. Real websites with real content. This helps our visitors better find what they are looking for, which encourages return traffic. Good for us, good for you!

• We will generally review your submission, and provide you with a response, either accepting or denying your listing within 48 hours, often much sooner. However, certain listings, such as article submissions, will take longer to review, due to the research undertaken to ensure the originality and quality of the content. There are rare occasions, usually beyond our control, whereby a review could take longer.

Listing Rejection

We can reject listings for many reasons, but you will have been sent an email explaining the reasons for rejection and information on how to improve your chance for approval in the future. Please see below of reasons for rejection.

• Your listing was rejected because the description you supplied contained too many errors, repeated words or phrases, poor grammar, poor spelling, not in English, inappropriate characters, prices, etc. In short, the description you provide must be a brief overview of your business or service, in English with a good standard of spelling and grammar. While we will correct minor errors in your description, we will reject submissions that contain a higher than avergage proportion of grammatical errors.

• Your website submission contained insufficient original content, or appeared to be full of third-party advertisements. At BeautifulBCHomes.com, we will not accept listings for websites that are essentially banner farms or Free-For-All link websites.

• Your listing or attached website contains inappropriate content that we feel is unacceptable for a general audience. BeautifulBCHomes.com is a family safe website, and as such, we cannot accept listings that we consider to be of an adult or mature nature.

• The website URL you supplied with you listing lead to a page that is unavailable, or to a website that is not related to your listing. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to either remove just the URL from your listing, or reject your listing completely.

• Sites must be British Columbia real estate specific

• When you submit a link to us, our system automatically sends you an email confirming your submission to the email address you supplied. If this email 'bounces', then your submission will be rejected.

Categories

• Choose the category that most reflects your business and the description that you give with your listings. We reserve the right to move to another category if we feel that another category is more appropriate. You can only submit to one category.

• We review our category structure on a regular basis, as well as the categories listings are assigned to. It is important, for SEO purposes, that your listing is placed in a category that best matches the description that you gave with your submission.
